We aim to dispatch all items within 2 working days of your order, if for some reason dispatch will be delayed we will contact you informing you of the situation.

Due to Royal Mail losing too many parcels all shipments are sent via UPS

Returns Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to return any item purchased to us within 14 working days from receipt. (Sometimes known as cooling off period) Customers must ensure all items are packed securely and returned to us in the same condition they were received and unused with original packaging and all parts. The items will not be accepted if they do not meet these conditions. We recommend you appropriately insure any returns as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns. You will not be reimbursed for the original postage and packing or return costs if you return during your cooling-off period for any reason other than a fault.
