You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase vaping products from The Nobacconists. We operate a strict age verification policy both in-store and online. We reserve the right to request photographic identification at point of sale or upon delivery. It is illegal to sell nicotine-containing products to persons under the age of 18.

Nicotine Health Warning

Nicotine is an addictive substance. E-liquids and vaping products sold by The Nobacconists may contain nicotine. If you are not a current smoker or nicotine user, we strongly advise against starting to use nicotine-containing products.

Nicotine-containing products are not suitable for:

  • Persons under the age of 18
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding women
  • Persons with heart conditions, high blood pressure, or diabetes
  • Persons who are sensitive or allergic to nicotine

If you experience any adverse effects, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice.

E-Liquid Safety

E-liquids should be stored safely and kept out of reach of children and pets at all times. Nicotine liquid is toxic if swallowed or absorbed through the skin. In the event of accidental ingestion or skin contact:

  • If swallowed: Seek immediate medical attention. Do not induce vomiting. Call 999 or the National Poisons Information Service.
  • If in contact with skin: Wash the affected area thoroughly with soap and water.
  • If in contact with eyes: Rinse thoroughly with clean water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical advice.

Battery Safety

Lithium-ion batteries used in vaping devices must be handled with care. Improper use can lead to overheating, venting, or in extreme cases, fire. Please observe the following precautions:

  • Only use batteries recommended by the device manufacturer
  • Never carry loose batteries in your pocket or bag — always use a protective battery case
  • Do not use batteries with damaged wraps, dents, or visible damage
  • Charge batteries only with a dedicated battery charger, never via USB overnight or unattended
  • Do not expose batteries to extreme temperatures, moisture, or direct sunlight
  • Dispose of old batteries at designated recycling points — never in general waste

Not a Smoking Cessation Device

Vaping products sold by The Nobacconists are not marketed as smoking cessation devices and have not been approved by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) for that purpose. If you wish to quit smoking, please consult your GP or contact the NHS Stop Smoking Service for professional guidance.
