Delivery Information

We deliver across the UK mainland using Royal Mail. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.

Please note: All orders are subject to age verification. You must be 18 or over to purchase vaping products. We reserve the right to request photographic ID upon delivery. Orders placed before 2pm on working days will usually be dispatched the same day.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a straightforward returns policy.

Standard Returns

• You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
• E-liquids cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene regulations
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item

Faulty Goods

If you receive a faulty or defective product, please contact us within 30 days at sales@the-nobacconists.co.uk with your order number and a description of the fault. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.

How to Return an Item

1. Email us at sales@the-nobacconists.co.uk to request a returns authorisation
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
3. Post the item to our head office address using a tracked delivery service
4. Include your order number and reason for return
